As you can imagine, we get asked a lot of the same questions by our customers on a regular basis.

So that we can help you out a little, and save you some time, we have put together a list of our most commonly asked questions that we have been asked over the years.

A. Fast clicking is a sign of a poor battery connection or faulty battery. Check your terminals and get your battery checked.

A. This could be your starter motor failing or voltage drop in the starting circuit.

A. This would point to the contacts in your combination switch.

A. The system could be low on gas which means your system needs to be checked thoroughly for a leak.

A. This is pointing to an alternator/charging issue and needs to be check ASAP or your car will fail to start.

A. Possible battery drain fault e.g. lights left on/ doors not closed/or even boot light staying on. If all this is ok then there probably a charging fault.

A. In the door well of your car there is a mechanism called a regulator. This, in combination with a motor, makes the window operate. If you can hear the window motor trying to work then it is possible the regulator has failed.
