Williams Auto Electricians is a proud, local, family owned and operated business that has been assisting Cairn’s residents with their auto electrical needs since 1979.

Originally established by Don and Aileen, the company grew from a small garage, into a larger workshop that employs 10 staff. Their son Jamie recently bought the business from them in 2019, who was well trained and given the skills and knowledge needed to take over the family business, running it with the same strong work ethic and philosophy of his parents.

While Jamie now maintains the overall management of the business and daily running of the workshop, his parents are still involved and remain an integral part of the business, supporting Jamie and continuing to looking after the community.

The motto of the Williams family has always been ‘do it right once’. This is a motto they stand by, as they firmly believe if you do things right the first time, you serve your customers well by correctly diagnosing and fixing their vehicle’s issues, saving them time and money, and also keeping them safe and happy on the road. This motto has also ensured they maintain the highest quality of service and in being the place the Cairns locals come to, when they need auto electrical work done.

Over the years, they have become quite accomplished and are very proud of the fact that their work is of the highest quality, and that they are exceptionally competent to perform a wide range of jobs for their customers within the auto electrical and auto air-conditioning industry.

They are committed to their customers and to the community, and believe in always giving back. Over the years, they have hired many young apprentices, supporting local employment, with a few of these apprentices even going on to run their own business.

After over 45 years in the industry, the Williams name has always been, and will continue to be strong, ensuring they continue to offer the same great, friendly service and honest advice for many years to come.
